The lock button on the lid broke right off. No replacement parts available on Amazon. Have a 1 warranty still good but can't get ahold of anyone. Ridiculous. I wouldn't purchase due to lock breaking easily and horrible/no customer service available for help.

Love the warmer but the lock broke on it. Now the lid won’t stay shut. We are using a hair tie and considering ordering a new lid or just a different warmer because it might just happen again. The battery doesn’t last long. 3-4 bottles max. Takes a long time to charge. You can use it while it’s plugged in so I usually charge in the car.
